My next book- the view from trains, Margate and the power of sunshine

I’ve been pulling ideas and inspiration together for my next book. As you can maybe tell from the photo - it’s going to be based in Margate in the 80-00s, where I grew up and will feature beaches and the North Sea, black back gulls and other birds, buildings, people (incl Turner), maps and sunlight - lots of sunlight.
